Thank you for choosing Diange for your business growth needs. These terms and conditions outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties to ensure a transparent and professional working relationship.

Special Notice: As the founder of Diange, I am a minor under the age of majority (16 years old). By working with me and submitting payment, you acknowledge that this agreement is based on mutual trust and understanding, rather than a legally binding contract. These Terms and Conditions are provided to outline the scope of services, payment terms, and mutual expectations to ensure a professional and transparent working relationship.

Scope of Services:

Diange provides AI-driven marketing and business solutions tailored to meet your specific goals. These include:

- AI Accelerator Program: Our flagship offering, a comprehensive solution combining AI integration, lead generation, appointment setting, and business optimization.

- Custom Services: Tailored options like implementing AI systems, managing Facebook ads, or other specific needs discussed during your consultation call.

Customization: The exact scope of services will be defined and agreed upon during your initial consultation. Diange reserves the right to adapt the scope based on your goals or evolving needs.

Note: Services may be subcontracted or performed by third parties as needed to ensure quality.

Diange shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or internet outages. In such cases, Diange will make every effort to resume services promptly.

The client agrees to provide all necessary access to systems, platforms, or data requested by Diange to execute the program effectively. Failure to do so may impact program results and refund eligibility.

Any additional services, adjustments, or changes to the original scope of work must be requested in writing and may incur additional fees. Diange will provide a cost estimate and require client approval before proceeding.

Collaboration and Expectations

Success depends on active collaboration. To achieve the best results, clients are expected to:

- Provide timely access to required platforms, accounts, and information.

- Attend all scheduled check-in calls.

- Maintain active communication, responding to all messages and requests within 24 hours.

Governing Language: This agreement is written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in English. Any translations are provided for convenience and will not override the original English text.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Fees and Payment Terms:

Program Fee: Fees will be communicated upfront based on your chosen program or service. Payment is required before services begin, unless a split-payment plan is agreed upon (additional costs may apply).

Currency: All payments are made in USD.

Finality: Payments are final once services commence. Refunds will not be provided except in extraordinary circumstances, as determined by Diange.

While our strategies and tools are designed to deliver exceptional outcomes, specific results (e.g., financial gains) cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control. We commit to providing our best expertise.

Confidentiality:

- All work produced by Diange remains confidential and the property of the client. Results or work will only be shared for -marketing purposes with your explicit, written consent.

- Confidentiality obligations remain in effect for one year after the program ends. All related information will be returned upon request within seven days of program completion.

Both parties agree not to make any false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the other, either publicly or privately. This clause shall survive the termination of the agreement.

Communication

All communication regarding program execution shall occur through Slack or other designated channels. Diange will not be responsible for delays caused by client communication through non-designated channels or platforms.
